5. Disclosure

6. Overseas Processing
Some cloud and technology providers may process or store information outside Australia. The locations and safeguards depend on the provider and service selected. We take reasonable steps when choosing providers, but the Client should also review the privacy terms of third-party platforms it authorises.
7. Data Security
We use reasonable administrative and technical safeguards such as access controls, multi-factor authentication, secure password management, device security and limited retention. No system is completely secure. Please do not send passwords or highly sensitive information through ordinary email unless specifically agreed and protected.
8. Retention and Deletion
We retain information only as long as reasonably needed for service delivery, legal, tax, insurance, dispute, warranty and business record purposes. Temporary credentials and unnecessary copies should be deleted or returned after use. Some records may remain in secured backups until normal rotation or deletion.
9. Access and Correction
You may request access to or correction of personal information by emailing [email protected]. We may need to verify identity and may refuse or limit a request where permitted by law, explaining the reason where required.
10. Privacy Complaints
Please send privacy concerns to [email protected]. We will acknowledge and investigate the issue within a reasonable period. Where the Privacy Act applies, you may also have the right to complain to the Office of the Australian Information Commissioner.

Terms of ServiceVersion 1.0 | Effective 14 July 20261. Parties and Application
These Terms of Service apply whenever Target Tech Co, trading as TTCO Australia (we, us or our), provides services to the customer identified in a quote, booking, work order, invoice or written acceptance (you or the Client). The agreement consists of the accepted quote, booking confirmation or work order, the agreed scope, any approved changes, and these Terms of Service.

3. Services
We provide technology support, setup, consulting, workflow design, software configuration, automation, vendor coordination, graphic creation and related services described in the agreed scope. We are not an internet, telecommunications, payment, cloud, software or hardware manufacturer unless expressly stated.
4. Quotes, Scope and Variations
• A quote is valid for the period stated in it, or 14 days if no period is stated.
• Only services and deliverables expressly included in the approved scope are included in the price.
• Additional work, changed requirements, site conditions, missing access, third-party delays or client-requested changes may require a variation.
• We will seek approval before material additional charges are incurred, except where urgent action is reasonably necessary to prevent damage, data loss or a serious service interruption and the Client cannot be reached.
5. Client Responsibilities
• Provide accurate information, timely decisions, safe site access and suitable working conditions.
• Maintain lawful licences, subscriptions, warranties and vendor accounts.
• Provide authorised access and confirm that the Client has authority over all systems, accounts, devices and data supplied to us.
• Maintain current backups before work begins, unless backup services are specifically included.
• Review and approve configurations, automated messages, AI-assisted outputs and final deliverables before production use.
• Tell us about known hazards, sensitive data, regulated systems, critical trading periods and other material risks.
6. Fees and Payment
Fees, deposits, milestones and payment due dates are set out in the quote or invoice. Unless otherwise stated, small jobs are payable on completion, projects above $500 require a 50% deposit, and hardware, software and third-party costs are payable in advance. Overdue amounts may result in paused services after reasonable notice.
7. Cancellations and Rescheduling
Cancellations and rescheduling are governed by our Cancellation and Rescheduling Policy. Any cancellation fee will be a reasonable estimate of loss, committed time and non-recoverable costs, and will not limit rights that cannot lawfully be excluded.
8. Consumer Guarantees
Nothing in this agreement excludes, restricts or modifies any consumer guarantee, right or remedy that cannot lawfully be excluded under the Australian Consumer Law or other applicable law. Where permitted, our liability may be limited to re-supplying the services or paying the cost of having the services supplied again.
9. Third-Party Products and Services
Third-party products and services remain subject to their own terms, availability, security, support and warranties. We may assist with coordination but do not control third-party outages, platform changes, vendor decisions, internet performance or product defects.
10. Data, Security and Remote Access
We will take reasonable care when accessing systems and handling information. The Client acknowledges that technology work can involve risks including interruption, incompatibility, failed updates, data loss and security exposure. Remote access requires informed consent. Credentials should be shared through an approved secure method and changed when no longer required.
11. AI-Assisted Workflows
Where AI-assisted features are used, outputs may be incomplete or inaccurate. The Client remains responsible for human review, approvals, legal compliance, customer communications and decisions. Sensitive or confidential information must not be submitted to an AI service unless approved and appropriately protected.
12. Intellectual Property
Each party retains ownership of material it owned before the engagement. On full payment, the Client receives the rights stated in the quote to use final deliverables created specifically for the Client. We retain ownership of general know-how, reusable templates, methods, scripts and pre-existing materials, while granting any licence reasonably necessary to use the paid deliverables.
13. Confidentiality
Each party must protect confidential information received from the other and use it only for the engagement, except where disclosure is authorised, required by law or necessary to approved service providers who are subject to appropriate obligations.
14. Limitation and Exclusions
To the maximum extent permitted by law, neither party is liable for indirect or consequential loss, lost profits, lost revenue, lost opportunity or loss caused by events outside reasonable control. Any limitation applies only to the extent lawful and does not apply to fraud, wilful misconduct or liability that cannot be excluded.
15. Suspension and Termination
Either party may terminate for a material breach not remedied within a reasonable period after written notice. We may immediately suspend unsafe, unlawful, unauthorised or seriously overdue work. The Client must pay for completed work, committed time and approved non-recoverable costs up to termination.
16. Disputes
1. Raise the issue promptly in writing with supporting details.
2. The parties will attempt good-faith resolution through discussion.
3. If unresolved, the parties may use an appropriate mediation or dispute resolution service before court proceedings, except for urgent relief or debt recovery.
17. Governing Law
This agreement is governed by the laws of Victoria, Australia. The parties submit to the courts and tribunals having jurisdiction in Victoria, subject to any mandatory consumer rights.

2. Accepted Payment Methods
• Bank transfer to the account shown on the invoice.
• Card or online payment where offered; disclosed merchant fees may apply only where lawful.
• Other methods agreed in writing.
3. Deposits
A deposit confirms the booking and allows work, procurement and scheduling to begin. Deposits are applied to the final invoice. If the Client cancels, deductions are limited to work performed, time reasonably committed and approved non-recoverable costs.
4. Invoices and Queries
Invoice queries should be raised within 5 business days by emailing [email protected]. The undisputed portion remains payable by the due date unless otherwise agreed.
5. Overdue Accounts
1. A courtesy reminder may be issued after the due date.
2. If payment remains overdue, we may pause non-critical work or support after reasonable notice.
3. Reasonable debt-recovery costs may be sought only to the extent permitted by the agreement and law.
4. Interest or late fees will apply only if clearly stated in the accepted quote or agreement, are reasonable and lawful.
6. Ownership and Access
Where lawful and stated in the quote, final deliverables, transferable licences or administrative handover may be provided after full payment. We will not intentionally lock a Client out of its own systems or withhold critical credentials to pressure payment.
7. Refunds and Credits
Refunds or credits will be provided where required by law or agreed following a service review. Change-of-mind refunds are not automatic for completed services or activated third-party products.
8. Consumer Law
Nothing in these Payment Terms limits rights or remedies that cannot be excluded under the Australian Consumer Law.

Cancellation and Rescheduling PolicyVersion 1.0 | Effective 14 July 20261. Purpose
This policy explains how cancellations, missed appointments, rescheduling and project termination are handled. Fees must remain reasonable, transparent and consistent with the Australian Consumer Law.
2. Standard Appointments

Rescheduling Usually no fee for the first change with at least 1 business day notice, subject to availability.
3. Projects and Reserved Delivery Time
For project work, the Client must pay for work already completed, approved time reserved that cannot reasonably be reallocated, and non-cancellable hardware, licences, travel or third-party commitments. Any unused portion of a deposit will be refunded after these amounts are deducted.
4. Hardware, Software and Third-Party Costs
Special-order hardware, activated licences, subscriptions, domain registrations and vendor charges may be non-refundable once ordered or activated, subject to the supplier’s terms and any rights under law.
5. Cancellations by Target Tech Co
We may cancel or reschedule due to illness, unsafe conditions, emergencies, unavailable access, supplier failure or events outside reasonable control. We will provide notice as soon as practical and offer rescheduling or refund amounts paid for undelivered services. This does not limit any non-excludable rights.
6. Unsafe or Unauthorised Work
We may stop work where authority is unclear, the environment is unsafe, requested activity appears unlawful, required licences are absent, or there is an unacceptable risk to people, systems or data. Charges may apply for reasonable time and travel already incurred.
7. How to Cancel or Reschedule
Email [email protected] with the booking or quote reference, reason and preferred alternative date. A cancellation is effective when acknowledged by us.
8. Consumer Rights
This policy does not remove any right to a refund, cancellation or other remedy that cannot lawfully be excluded. A fee will not be charged where we fail to provide the service with due care and skill or otherwise breach a non-excludable consumer guarantee.
